How to Drink Your Antioxident Green Tea

For many years now I have read about the wonderful properties of green tea, full of antioxidants bursting with antiaging goodness. Well I have tried to drink it, but I just don’t really like that green tea taste!
My Mum of 81 came up with a solution when I visited her in Australia. She is super duper healthy, eating and juicing her own organic veggies, so I always listen to her advice…as you do with Mums!
She mixes regular loose tea leaves with the powerful antioxidant loose green tea. The taste of the regular tea masks the taste of the green tea….but its valuable antiaging properties are still there!
Well I take it one step further and as I drink a lot of normal tea, as well as decaffeinated tea and roobis tea (an excellent no caffeine tea alternative also full of goodies) all in tea bag form- the lazy alternative- I now always put two tea bags in my cup, one normal and one GREEN TEA.
So at the end of any day I will have had many cups of antioxident green tea and not even noticed the taste. It’s got to be good for you. TRY IT! Also, not that I am nagging, but if you are a sweet tooth you might like to substitute sugar or artificial sweeteners with a more natural sweetener called STEVIA. Stevia is a herb with no reported side effects with continual use. In fact some studies suggest it may have some health benefits- but that is another story! Off you go…get that cuppa…mmmmmm
